For over 60 years in Milan. From my father to me. From 1961, the year of the first opening in the Lorenteggio area, to 1993 when I inherited the family business, where I had started working seven years earlier…although, to tell the truth, I have always worked there, even as a student, helping my dad in deliveries and in handling small chores. Thus was born the passion for this profession, the desire to improve myself and to believe in a profession that the industrialization of the sector and “disposable” have made unlikely and obsolete.
