The Meraflex company , spread over an area of 4,000 m2. was born in 1969. Thirty years of experience, a precise direction with direct controls from the major experts in the orthopedic field, have allowed him to create, with particular anatomical devices and cutting-edge machinery, a vast range of spring mattress models, in expanded polyurethane and latex, pillows and bed bases, among which the ” System Box ” stands out, a unique mattress with lateral reinforcement of high-density polyurethane.
The artisan character of the company is highlighted by the materials and methods used in processing, because Meraflex uses only top quality materials: the spring structure is made of steel with a diameter of 2.2 mm and 2.4 mm; the springs are made in our own factory, using top quality electronically tempered wire and made stainless with a special treatment; the fabrics can be chosen from the many that the company offers; the lozenge on the mattresses is made with continuous automatic machines.

All our mattresses can be wrapped in cellophane with the Meraflex brand or with customized brands, with the possibility of reducing transport costs by vacuum-packing the mattress.

Pantographed or smooth memory
The Memory is a product of new technology sensitive to the heat of the human body. In fact, it is precisely the heat that influences the molecular structure of this extraordinary material, to the point of shaping it, so much so that it perfectly follows the shape of the body, thus reducing pressure points to a minimum and providing unparalleled comfort.

In the various versions proposed there are 800 springs (double) with 7 differentiated zones with different thicknesses; the points of least pressure (head, shoulders, ankles) have springs with a diameter of 1.8 millimeters and the points of greatest pressure (pelvis) have springs with a diameter of 1.9 millimetres.
Furthermore, the various models can be made in different versions, both compact and removable.
