Sanflex products are born from over fifty years of experience in the artisan field. Initially founded as a spring mattress factory, Sanflex today produces and sells foam mattresses, “memory foam” mattresses in viscoelastic foam, also known as slow memory, also foamed with vegetable oils and innovative polymer (plastic) spring mattresses. Sanflex is an artisan company from Sandigliano, in the province of Biella, which has been taking care of your rest since 1970. Our products include classic slatted bases, all wood; bed bases with electric, manual and fixed head lifts and foot lifts, cots, customizable storage beds, spring, orthopedic, latex, memory foam, even custom-made foam mattresses. And again, 4 season duvet; merino mattress covers, made of cotton and water-repellent; bed cover and pillow covers. All products are hypoallergenic and anti-mite. Orthopedic pillows, in wool, in memory and mauve foam, the new polargel, or in polyester fibre. Some models of mattresses and bases are CE registered class 1 medical devices, deductible as healthcare expenses for those entitled. Memory is a high-tech, highly breathable thermo-elastic material. Thermosensitive and self-shaping. It guarantees the correct distribution of body weight by limiting the pressure in contact with the skin.
7 zones of differentiated bearing capacity, internal protective Jersey lining, removable, high or medium bearing capacity, machine washable. Total height 21/22 cm.

Biogreen allows healthy rest in contact with natural elements capable of lowering the level of stress, breathable thanks to the micro cells obtained with the addition of vegetable oils, becoming a precious source of energy for the body and mind.
It does not contain toxic elements, has no medical contraindications, and is not annoying when in contact with the skin; the essential oils contained in the formulation are odourless, thus avoiding subjective smells.

Pillows with an ergonomic profile made of Polargel, a newly developed cold foam, reduces the heat typical of foams and keeps the head cool, characterized by high breathability.
Polargel pillows are ideal for people who need a high and elastic pillow; furthermore they are totally non-deformable.
KAPOK
Pillows in Kapok, also known as vegetable wool, is the lightest natural fiber in the world, eco-sustainable, hypoallergenic, anti-mould, antibacterial, this fiber is 8 times lighter than cotton and thanks to its hollow structure it has excellent heat-insulating properties, its density 0.35 g/ cm³ offers fantastic feather-effect comfort, an excellent pillow for neck pain.

The bed base covers protect the mattress from dust and direct contact with the base. Placed between the mattress and the base, it increases the breathability of the mattress itself.

They can be washed at up to 90° to guarantee maximum hygiene.
