The Sarl Delclaux company was created in 1956 by Colette and Yvon Delclaux, they specialized in the production and sale of live poultry (duck, chicken, guinea fowl, etc.) which quite naturally evolved towards the transformation of these products through creation of a cannery in 1980.
Even today our animals are raised by farmers mainly from Lot and neighboring departments.
We use the recipes for pâtés , confits and foie gras that our parents passed down to us.
All our preserves contain no preservatives or colorings.
Our ducks are processed in a traditional way.
We have chosen to only sell directly in local markets (Maurs, Decazeville, Figeac and Firmi) and in Cuzac where our CE approved laboratory is located.
Today we still work as a family, the company employs 3 people Nicole Delclaux Saldana, Jean-Marc Saldana and Sandrine Bonnafoux always with the wise and expert eye of Colette Delclaux.

Open in the morning on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and every afternoon from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Closed Thursday and Friday morning. Closed on Saturdays and public holidays.
