1885
Creation of the company by Mr. and Mrs. FONTAINE in Cérans Foulletourte specializing in the following professions: gardener, nurseryman, trader in soil products, sale of fruit, butter, eggs and poultry-game.
1955
Following the post-war reconstruction, the company was taken over by Pierre VINCENT with activities: the trade in live poultry, eggs, cream, butter, etc. mainly on the markets of Le Mans and Rungis. He developed his activity by purchasing a location at the Halles du Mans and by new markets: Pontlieue, Patis St Lazare, etc.
1988
VINCENT Philippe takes over the company in order to continue his parents’ activity. It increases turnover by offering new products: poultry cutting and processed products.
1992
Stopping slaughter and moving to Le Mans, rue de Laigné and development of activity with communities.
2002
Construction and moving ZAC from Cormier to Mulsanne in a CEE approved workshop. Constant increase in sales on markets and to professionals.
2014
Stopping sales to professionals in Sarthe to refocus on sales to individuals and keep the sale of game to professionals.
2018
Takeover of the company by Arnaud VINCENT in continuity with his father.
2019
Creation of a store at the gates of Le Mans in Bener: “Chez Vincent”.
POULTRY
Our poultry is French and farmed, they come from our department of Sarthe (72) as well as neighboring departments: Loir et Cher (41), Vendée (85), Maine et Loire (49).
GAME
Our game is French and wild, it comes from hunts (Sarthe, Mayenne, Loir et Cher, Indre et Loire, Seine et Marne) and is processed in our premises in Mulsanne and controlled by the veterinary services of Sarthe. It is sold under our brand “Le Piqueux” and “chasseurs de France”.
BEEF
Coming from French breeding, Limousin beef is a fine, lean and juicy meat. This meat is also noted for its marbling necessary for a good flavor.
CALF
Our veal has a red and French label: very fine, it is as much appreciated in cooking for its white or red color as for its supply of vitamin B12.
LAMB
Anvial lamb is quality, authentic meat from Pays de la Loire, it is fed exclusively with flax and cereals produced on the breeders’ farms.
PORK
Our D’Anvial appellation pork comes from a different and authentic production. It is raised in the heart of the Pays de La Loire, it is fed exclusively with flax and cereals produced on the breeders’ farms.
